A Personalized Approach to Your Development
I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach—every player is unique and deserves to be coached that way. My job is to first understand who you are as a player and then do everything I can to maximize your potential.
I was a late bloomer myself, with just one Division 1 offer in high school. But through relentless dedication, I became a student of the game, learning everything I could about hitting, catching, and the mental approach needed to succeed. That mindset led me to signing a pro contract in the Pioneer League, and I know firsthand what it takes to push past obstacles and reach the next level.
I keep an open line of communication 24/7 with my players because development doesn’t stop when a lesson ends. I also know how stressful the college recruiting process can be. No one prepares you for it, and there are so many do’s and don’ts that can make or break opportunities. I’ve been through it, and I want to help shed light on the process, making it easier to navigate with confidence.
At the end of the day, my goal is simple: to be here for you, to guide you, and to help you reach your full potential—on and off the field.
